  Where Does Jehovah Live?

  when my niece was very little (over 20 years ago), barely walking or talking, my mother decided to teach her "where jehovah lives".

  she would coach her and say, "where does jehovah live?

  " in a sing-song voice.

  Teacher: why do you say that?

  Little boy: well, every morning my daddy bangs on the bath room door

  and says, GOD, are you still in there?

  one of the reasons the watchtower is having problems with donations is because they have refuse to let go of wholesale across the board shunning.

  The mind of a JW. When my family members who were never JW's

  saw first hand the shunning of me by my JW family members it

  stop them dead in their tracks, some were studying at that time. They

  wanted no parts of Jehovah's religion.

  So now my JW family members shunning has turn to hate, because

  they blame me for turning the other non-JW family against the truth.

  If only I would come back after 28 years the family could come together

  again. What dumb nuts my JW family are, they don't have a clue.

  How many of us woke up due to shunning??? I believe the shunning

  today is backfiring. When I was DF years ago ,it was rare for one to leave

  and never return. Today there is a large number of DF ones and the effect

  on those family members still in it is devastating.

  Morpheus, I believe they will have a increase if they end the shunning policy.

  I never returned because of the shunning policy. I would have never researched

  the history of JW's or studied the Bible. Those of you who was born in, your life would

  have been normal. How many of you would attend a meeting just to see old friends if

  you weren't treated like your had leprosy.....

  Who said that we don't have the most intelligent biblical minds here,

  and we don't go to four or five meeting a week to understand the Bible. LOL

  Forgiveness and shunning. After years of shunning when does it turn

  to hate. When do you begin hating your father, mother, sister or brother

  because they refuse to come back to the borg. They tell you, I still love you

  but down deep that love turns to hate for some, others they

  are sick of shunning their daughter, son, sister and brother.

  It is not normal..

  How many of you went to your Class Reunion when you were a JW??

  how did it go for you?

  i have a 50 year reunion coming up and.

  i am looking forward to it.. they all know i was a jw, it should be interesting.. i figure we won't have many more (reunions) so i must attend, the last round up..

  rebel, don't be embarrassed. Class mates I have met over the years tell me they

  thought I went nuts. About 20 years ago there was a gathering of class mates,

  not a class reunion just old friends. They told me we have heard about you,

  a missionary, traveling all over the place. So I went with that, didn't won't to tell

  them I clean toilets, LOL.
